Review by hotel critic
As a wine tour operator who values impeccable service and attention to detail, I was truly impressed by my stay at Hotel Florencia Suites & Apartments. The ocean view from the fully furnished suite was simply breathtaking, complemented by the high-quality interior and sparkling cleanliness of the room. The double-glazed windows provided a tranquil ambiance, perfect for unwinding after exploring Chile's wine regions. The staff's warmth and efficiency, despite the language barrier, added a personal touch to our experience, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location near the beach, exceptional amenities like late-night room service and free WiFi, and the overall sense of relaxation it offers. A delightful choice for anyone seeking a blend of comfort, sophistication, and a touch of coastal charm during their travels.
